At our institute, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Fee Refund
Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Refund requests will only be considered in special cases and must be approved by management.
2. Cancellation Before Course Start
If a student cancels admission before the course begins, a partial refund may be provided.
Registration or admission fees are non-refundable.
3. After Course Commencement
No refund will be issued once the course has started.
If a student discontinues the course midway, the fee will not be refunded.
4. Batch Transfer / Adjustment
Students may request a batch change or course adjustment instead of a refund, subject to availability.
5. Institute Cancellation
If the institute cancels a course due to unavoidable reasons, students will receive a full refund or option to shift to another course.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Study materials, registration fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable.
