1. Admission Policy

Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must provide correct personal details and required documents at the time of registration.

2. Course Fees

All course fees must be paid on time as per the institute schedule.

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Late payment may result in penalty or suspension of classes.

3. Attendance

Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to appear for exams.

Irregular attendance may lead to course cancellation without refund.

4. Batch & Timing

Batch timing will be allotted at the time of admission.

The institute reserves the right to change batch timings if required.

5. Course Duration

Course duration will be fixed as per the selected program.

Extra time or additional classes may be chargeable.

6. Certificate

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and final examination.

Minimum passing marks are required to receive certification.

7. Student Conduct

Students must maintain discipline inside the institute premises.

Misbehavior, damage to property, or violation of rules may result in termination.

8. Study Material

Study materials provided by the institute are for personal use only.

Sharing or copying for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Leave Policy

Students must inform the institute in advance for leave.

Missed classes may not always be compensated.

10. Liability

The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

Students are responsible for their own safety and conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

The institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
